We ship from EU-based fulfilment partners. Standard shipping typically takes 5–10 business days within Europe, and 7–15 business days to the US, UK, and other regions. Expedited options are available at checkout for select destinations. You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.
We ship to most countries worldwide, including all EU member states, the UK, US, Canada, and Australia. Shipping costs and delivery estimates vary by destination — you'll see the exact options at checkout.
For EU orders under €150, VAT is included at checkout — no surprise charges on delivery. For UK orders under £135, VAT is included. For other regions, local customs duties may apply based on your country's import regulations. Any such charges are the responsibility of the buyer.
We offer a 30-day return policy. If you're not satisfied, email us at support@abcognify.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide a return address and process your refund within 5–7 business days of receiving the item. Items must be unused and in original packaging.
Yes. All ABCognify products come with a 12-month limited warranty covering manufacturing defects. If you experience an issue, contact us with your order number, a photo of the defect, and a brief description. For eligible items under €50, we'll ship a replacement directly — no need to return the original.
